EVERY Friday

10:30 a.m.to noon

Beginning October 4, 2019

Benefits of the Class:

These benefits may reduce the risk of vertebral fractures and fractures due to falling.  They may also increase bone density to some degree.

Yoga classes in your work place.  Can be scheduled before or after work, or during mid-day breaks.

Currently teaching workplace classes at Herbert Hoover Middle School for teachers, and at the San Francisco International Airport.
